Lead Forward Deployed Product Manager

About the role

Lead the functional leadership of a pod of 4‑5 Forward Deployed Product Managers embedded across client implementations, setting operating standards for requirements, prototypes, and workflow decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Set and enforce high‑quality standards for requirements, prototypes, and documentation across the pod.
• Serve as the primary escalation point between the FDPM pod, Technical Account Managers, implementation engineering, and core product leads.
• Build and maintain a shared operational playbook, turning recurring deployment patterns into structured feedback for the product roadmap.
• Coordinate staffing and workload across active deployments, flag capacity gaps, and step into client engagements when stakes are high.
• Report pod‑wide progress, metrics, and blockers to product and delivery leadership.

Required profile

• Strong balance of product mindset and hands‑on execution, leading through influence and expertise.
• Ability to spot recurring trends across client contexts and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Technical curiosity with hands‑on experience in modern AI tools, workflow design, prompting, and rapid prototyping.
• Comfort shifting between high‑level strategy and granular execution within the same day.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication with technical, non‑technical, client‑facing, and executive audiences.
