Leasing Professional – Sao Paulo

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for our community in Sao Paulo. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention targets by managing the full leasing cycle and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure they are ready and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and manage prospect data.
• Maintain show‑unit quality by daily inspections of marketing corridors and leasing tours.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet occupancy targets.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
