About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Consultant to support our AI training initiatives. The role is remote and part‑time, offering flexible hours to craft high‑quality contracts and policies.

Key responsibilities

Produce high-quality “golden response” contracts and policies for AI training.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate legal insights into actionable AI requirements.
Oversee the quality and accuracy of AI outputs, providing expert feedback to enhance performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in contract management.

Required profile

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum transactional or compliance legal experience with template‑intensive workflows.
Advanced proficiency in regulatory compliance, contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate law.
Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
