Legal Coordinator

About the role

The Legal Coordinator will act as a business enabler within Philips’ fast‑changing environment, protecting the company’s legal rights while supporting strategic decisions across the health‑technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to litigation matters, including complex and strategic cases, in partnership with external law firms.
• Draft, review and negotiate medium to high‑complexity contracts, especially in the healthcare sector.
• Provide legal support for public procurement and tendering processes, ensuring compliance and facilitating business success.
• Deliver practical, business‑oriented legal advice to multiple internal stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic business partner, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with external counsel to define legal strategies and decide when to handle matters internally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and OAB certification.
• At least 8 years of post‑graduation experience, preferably in large law firms or multinational corporations.
• Strong background in litigation and/or administrative/public procurement law.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Advanced presentation and communication abilities with stakeholder influence.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Healthcare or med‑tech experience is a plus.
