About the role

Plona Partners is seeking a motivated Legal Recruiter Sourcer to join its remote team in Brazil. The position focuses on sourcing and supporting candidates for US‑based legal placements, requiring strong English communication and the ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage hiring campaigns on LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and Bullhorn.
• Conduct cold‑calling outreach to build a pipeline of qualified legal professionals.
• Format and polish candidate resumes according to company standards.
• Prescreen candidates to assess fit for open positions.
• Handle 1‑3 open requisitions simultaneously across different markets.
• Collaborate closely with senior recruiters throughout the interview and selection process.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written communication skills.
