About the role

This position offers the opportunity to lead the technical direction of advanced AI initiatives focused on computer vision and real-time video processing in Brazil. You will guide a team of AI Engineers, define architecture, and ensure the scalability and performance of production AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce AI architecture, engineering standards, and quality guidelines.
• Design and validate AI‑powered video processing solutions, including model selection, pipelines, and GPU infrastructure.
• Review, mentor, and support the development of computer vision and machine‑learning models.
• Ensure real‑time video processing systems are performant, scalable, and reliable.
• Make technical decisions on CUDA usage, GPU optimization, and efficient model execution.
• Act as a technical reference for business and technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI or machine‑learning technical teams.
• Strong background in computer vision, image processing, and video analysis.
• Hands‑on expertise with production‑level AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
