Localization Project Manager

About the role

Keywords Studios is seeking a Localization Project Manager to lead text, audio and QA testing projects for games of all sizes. You will work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high‑quality localized content on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, workflows, risks and resource requirements for text, audio and testing localisation projects.
• Estimate, plan and monitor projects from kickoff to delivery, including contingency planning.
• Lead kickoff meetings and regular project updates with clients, internal leads and external partners.
• Coordinate multilingual production pipelines across internal teams and external vendors.
• Advise clients on best practices, agree on processes and timelines, and ensure first‑time‑right delivery.
• Track project performance, conduct post‑mortems and maintain documentation of workflows and technical processes.

Required profile

• Strong project planning, communication and vendor‑management abilities.
• Solid understanding of localisation production and risk‑management in a fast‑paced global environment.
• Ability to build and maintain client and internal relationships while meeting profitability targets.
