Logistics Analyst (German Speaker)

About the role

As a Logistics Analyst at 4flow, you will ensure the efficient movement of goods across our customers’ logistics networks, guaranteeing material availability and high‑quality service. You will work in a hybrid setting from our Campinas office, collaborating with internal teams, customers, suppliers and forwarding partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation execution using the company’s Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Provide customer service by communicating with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Coordinate and resolve freight exceptions while meeting required lead times.
• Optimize transports daily, considering trade lanes, lead times, supply‑chain security and cost efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer solutions.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or completed studies in Logistics, Business, Engineering or related fields.
• Practical experience in transportation and a strong focus on customer service.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to prioritize quickly during busy periods and work in a dynamic, international environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model at the Campinas office.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
