Logistics Associate

About the role

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Logistics Associate in São Paulo to support a global implementation project, stabilising operations and coordinating across international teams. The role focuses on day‑to‑day shipment activities, communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, and contributes to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure transportation arrangements are made for shipments, providing timely written and verbal responses to customer requests.
• Book loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and monitor team mailboxes.
• Resolve simple exceptions and schedule delivery appointments with receivers.
• Make changes in TMS as requested by customers and manually build new transportation loads.
• Conduct system trainings for external parties and follow/update standard operating procedures.
• Run, format and distribute reports to internal or external parties.
• Contribute to projects using CHR’s project‑based delivery model and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including occasional overtime.
• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese; advanced English.
• Prior experience in supply chain, transportation or logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail‑oriented, able to work in fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
