Logistics & Foreign Trade Analyst

About the role

Alstom is seeking a full‑time Logistics and Foreign Trade Analyst to join its São Paulo team. In this role you will ensure smooth import and export operations, supporting the delivery of the company’s transport solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control import/export activities, including customs clearance.
• Negotiate and contract international freight with forwarders and agents.
• Monitor international shipments and customs processes to meet delivery timelines.
• Control costs related to import/export, storage and transportation.
• Execute operations in compliance with internal policies, regulations and BNDES local‑content certification.
• Track KPIs and report departmental performance.
• Manage special customs regimes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in foreign trade (Comex).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• OSGT (Import Sys) system.
• SAP.
• SISCOMEX.
• Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel.
