Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead our warehouse and distribution operations in Sorocaba, Brazil. You will ensure the smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods, support commercial delivery commitments, and drive continuous improvement in logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storing, and registration of raw materials and finished goods.
• Control stock levels, manage replenishment needs, and lead physical inventory counts.
• Oversee shipping activities, verify correct packaging, and ensure product integrity.
• Coordinate with transport providers, manage freight, and handle storage of materials.
• Support the Commercial area with delivery time estimates and monitor logistics KPIs such as productivity, cost, safety, and environmental impact.
• Manage chemical product handling, scrap waste disposal, and enforce safety procedures.
• Identify process improvements and implement innovative best practices.

Required profile

• Higher education or technical education completed.
• Experience in team management and operational leadership.
• Strong communication, initiative, and safety awareness.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain quality standards.

Required skills

• Intermediate Office Package proficiency.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP Stock Management.
