Logistics Tracking Coordinator – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

The Logistics Tracking Coordinator ensures that every air‑cargo shipment moves smoothly between carriers, airlines, and customers. Working remotely for ATC, you will monitor high‑volume shipments, keep records up to date, and provide timely communication across all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with local carriers and airlines on pickups, deliveries, and required paperwork.
• Coordinate appointment times and confirm dates with carriers and airlines.
• Monitor active shipments in the company’s TMS, update statuses, and obtain proof‑of‑delivery documents.
• Maintain clear, detailed notes on all interactions to ensure full team visibility.
• Send frequent status updates to customers and manage a high volume of follow‑up emails.
• Escalate delays or issues with full context to the operations team for rapid resolution.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) for constant email communication.
• Strong sense of urgency and disciplined follow‑up habits.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable during U.S. Eastern business hours.
• Comfortable handling multiple shipments and a large volume of email simultaneously.
• Quiet remote work environment with reliable internet and a computer.

Required skills

• TMS (Transportation Management System) proficiency
