Maintenance Electrician

About the role
The Maintenance Electrician ensures continuous reliability of production machinery and electrical distribution systems in a high‑volume manufacturing plant. Working on‑site, the technician applies rapid troubleshooting and precise repairs while complying with Brazilian safety regulations, including NR‑10.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities for certified maintenance electricians.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks with production, procurement, quality, finance and HR teams.
- Prepare reports, documentation and compliance records in SAP.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and energy‑saving upgrades.
- Support continuous‑improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Participate in audits, management reviews and operational planning.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification relevant to electrical maintenance.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Certified according to NBR15152 and NR‑10 standards.
- Conversational level English proficiency.
