Maintenance Electrician – Manufacturing Plant

About the role
The Maintenance Electrician ensures continuous reliability of production machinery and electrical distribution systems at Royal Enfield's manufacturing plant. The role focuses on rapid troubleshooting, precise repairs, and strict compliance with Brazilian safety regulations, including NR-10.
Key responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults in production machinery and distribution networks.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, quality, finance, and HR teams.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives, energy‑saving upgrades, and lean manufacturing projects.
- Participate in audits, management reviews, and operational planning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification related to electrical engineering or maintenance.
- Certified Maintenance Electrician (NR‑10 and NBR15152 preferred).
- Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is advantageous.
- Conversational level English.
Required skills
- SAP for maintenance planning and inventory tracking.
- NR‑10 electrical safety certification.
- NBR15152 certification.
