Manager LATAM, Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across Latin America, primarily Brazil and Argentina with planned expansion into Colombia. You will act as the bridge between global talent acquisition strategy and regional execution, ensuring alignment with both corporate standards and local market nuances.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and implement global TA Center of Excellence frameworks, employer branding, and onboarding strategies for Brazil, Argentina and Colombia.
• Serve as the trusted TA advisor to regional business leaders and HR partners, aligning talent acquisition with growth plans.
• Develop medium‑ and long‑term partnerships with universities, technical schools and other talent sources.
• Lead the readiness and implementation strategy for fluctuating hiring demand in the mining industry.
• Govern the regional Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement of time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
• Audit RPO workflows, optimize recruiter capacity, and eliminate bottlenecks across countries.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition functions in a multi‑country, matrixed environment.
• Deep understanding of labor markets, legal requirements and cultural nuances in Brazil, Argentina and Colombia.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior business and HR leaders.
• Track record of building effective university and technical school partnerships.
