Manual QA Engineer – Web & CRM

About the role

This position is for a Manual QA Engineer focused on web applications and CRM systems. You will work in a fast‑growing product environment, ensuring reliability, functionality and performance of both customer‑facing and internal platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test scenarios and cases.
• Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, usability and UI/UX testing on web apps, CRM tools, email campaigns and push notifications.
• Validate APIs using Postman, Swagger or similar tools with positive and negative test cases.
• Use browser developer tools to inspect logs, network activity and console errors.
• Document, prioritise and communicate defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
• Participate in sprint planning, risk assessment and quality discussions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and cross‑functional teams to improve testing processes and quality standards.
• Provide feedback on usability, reliability and overall user experience for ongoing product enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of manual QA experience on web‑based applications.
• Experience testing CRM platforms, email marketing campaigns and customer communication workflows.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies and test design techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Proven ability to create test cases, test plans and detailed bug reports using Jira or similar tools.
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, BigQuery or DataGrip.
• Basic knowledge of Git workflows and code review processes.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with GitLab.
