Marketing Manager, LATAM

About the role

Roblox is looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to lead its go‑to‑market efforts across Latin America. Based in São Paulo, you will be the first local marketing leader in the region, shaping a holistic strategy that reaches both high‑volume Tier 1 markets and high‑growth Tier 2/3 markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable regional marketing framework that adapts to diverse market sizes and growth trajectories.
• Oversee the transcreation of all marketing assets, ensuring native‑level Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese messaging.
• Lead product launches, prioritising markets based on data, entry barriers and product‑market fit.
• Drive community and influencer growth through partnerships on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and other high‑penetration platforms.
• Collaborate with legal and policy teams to navigate regulatory environments and maintain brand safety.
• Identify and secure participation in key regional conferences and trade shows to build industry authority.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience with a pan‑regional focus on Latin America.
• Independent, results‑driven with ability to operate with minimal day‑to‑day oversight.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, plus fluent English.
• Broad knowledge of diverse market dynamics, audience demographics, policy nuances and economic factors.
• 5+ years in consumer‑technology marketing.
