Marketing Manager, Latin America

About the role

Rystad Energy is looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Marketing Manager to lead its Latin America marketing initiatives. Based in Rio or Houston, you will join the Americas Marketing team and collaborate closely with global verticals, local commercial teams, and corporate functions to build and execute a comprehensive regional marketing plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans and campaigns for key sub‑markets in Latin America.
• Design and run account‑based marketing strategies for selected key accounts.
• Plan, organize and deliver local events of various sizes aligned with commercial objectives.
• Utilize tactics such as whitepapers, webinars, email campaigns, paid search, and partnerships to nurture leads into sales‑qualified opportunities.
• Partner with the growth marketing team on paid search, conversion rate optimisation, and multi‑touch campaigns.
• Gather commercial feedback through surveys and sales interviews to refine the regional strategy.
• Identify and develop local thought leaders to enhance content and community building.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in regional, account‑based, product or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish (Portuguese preferred).
• Previous experience in the energy sector, consulting, or DaaS/SaaS environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with webinar‑hosting tools.
• Ability to create visual assets with Canva.
• Basic videography and video‑editing capabilities.
