Marketing Operations & Performance Manager

About the role

CI&T is looking for a Marketing Operations & Performance Manager to lead the operational systems, processes and reporting that support North‑America marketing activities. Based in Brazil, you will manage a Brazil‑based marketing operations team and work closely with marketing leadership, GTM managers and sales leaders to ensure campaigns, ABM initiatives, events and digital programs run efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing operations for North America while mentoring a Brazil‑based team.
• Design and manage intake and workflow processes that prioritize requests, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate operational support across campaigns, events and GTM initiatives with cross‑functional partners.
• Partner with sales leadership to align lead lifecycle stages, qualification criteria and funnel management, maintaining governance over MQL, SAL and opportunity definitions.
• Identify and implement improvements to marketing systems, automation and infrastructure to increase scalability.
• Work with analysts to translate campaign and funnel data into strategic insights that guide investment decisions.
• Monitor website performance, search visibility and engagement metrics to support SEO, GEO and AI‑driven search optimization initiatives.
• Establish and maintain campaign operational standards and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing operations and managing a team.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional workflows and prioritize multiple requests.
• Experience partnering with sales teams to align lead management and funnel governance.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to turn performance data into actionable insights.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
