Marketing Operations & Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Project Manager to lead large‑scale marketing initiatives across multiple organizations. The role combines operational oversight of marketing spend, vendor management, and procurement with end‑to‑end project delivery for content planning, production, and amplification.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing operational processes such as purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoice tracking and procurement activities.
• Monitor budgets, agency consumption and spending forecasts to ensure financial accuracy and governance.
• Serve as primary liaison for external agencies and suppliers, handling contracts, renewals and relationship management.
• Lead cross‑functional marketing projects, develop project plans, define milestones, manage timelines, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate teams across three integrated organizations, facilitate communication and resolve blockers.
• Establish project governance, reporting cadences and communication plans; create dashboards and executive reports on status, metrics and resource allocation.
• Support leadership with planning, prioritisation and operational decision‑making while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing operations, project or program management.
• Strong organisational, planning and detail‑orientation skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, purchase orders, vendors and complex cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Advanced English; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
