About the role

The Mastercard Launch Program is an 18‑month, full‑time graduate experience designed for early‑career talent. Based in São Paulo, participants will rotate through a business unit, develop cross‑functional skills, and contribute to real projects that drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Complete impactful assignments across Product & Solutions, Project Management, Product Management, Market Delivery, and Account Management.
• Participate in networking sessions and a leadership speaker series.
• Engage in volunteer and team‑building experiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree with graduation between Dec 2025 – Dec 2026.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese.
