About the role
We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to join ITT’s engineering team. The role involves reviewing orders, preparing production documentation, and supporting manufacturing processes for our flow technologies and related products.
Key responsibilities
- Technical review of customer orders.
- Prepare production documents such as drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications.
- Provide internal and external manufacturing support.
- Create documentation for customers and develop special procedures.
- Collaborate with Sales, Costing, and Quality departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience working in an engineering department and developing new projects.
- Familiarity with mechanical technical drawing.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP software.
- CAD tools including Creo and Inventor.
- Knowledge of pump specifications (HI, API, PIP).
- Understanding of industrial standards such as ASME II, VIII, IX, ASTM and relevant ANSI standards.
