Medical Information Specialist I – English & Spanish

About the role

The Medical Information Specialist I provides accurate technical and medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory bodies. The role also handles intake of adverse events and product complaints while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to medical and technical inquiries via phone, email, internet or mail for pharmaceutical and device products.
• Provide clinical trial information, after‑hours on‑call support, and product fulfillment details.
• Analyze questions, formulate concise responses using client‑approved resources, and document interactions in designated databases.
• Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints in accordance with organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of project policies, SOPs, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory and client guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering accurate information.
