Mid-Career Structural Analysis Engineer

About the role

Boeing is looking for an experienced Mid‑Career Structural Analysis Engineer to join its Structures Engineering team in Brazil. The role supports the primary and secondary structures of the 7‑Series Boeing fleet, ensuring safety, quality, and performance throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and document structural modifications at system and sub‑system levels.
• Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models, and other simulation tools.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Investigate root causes of fleet events, create certification reports, and support regulatory approvals.
• Analyze failures in‑service and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Brazil.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical or Materials Engineering.
• Registration or eligibility to register with the Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia (CREA).
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Experience in structures engineering.
