Mid-Level Logistics Analyst – Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Logistics Analyst to manage vehicle and spare-parts transportation for our Omoda & Jaecoo brand in Brazil. The role will work closely with billing, sales and after-sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of logistics issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with transport companies handling vehicles and spare parts.
• Coordinate daily transportation planning together with Billing, Sales and Aftersales teams.
• Monitor collections, deliveries, damages, shortages and returns.
• Validate transport costs before payment processing.
• Handle dealer requests and transportation claims.
• Investigate logistics issues and define corrective actions.
• Develop and present monthly transport and claims KPI reports.
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle logistics operations.
• Experience working with vehicle transport companies and logistics suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to handle challenging situations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP (MM/SD) modules.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting.
