Mid-level Mobile Developer (Flutter)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Mobile Developer specialized in Flutter to join our IT services team. You will work on building and maintaining cross‑platform mobile applications for Android and iOS, collaborating with product, backend and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement new features following best practices, ensuring performance, scalability and great user experience.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and manage asynchronous communication.
• Participate in code reviews, refactoring and uphold development standards.
• Prepare builds, manage releases and support deployment on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Practical experience with Flutter and the Dart language.
• Strong understanding of mobile development concepts for Android and iOS.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with version control, especially Git.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards and component‑driven development.
• Experience with local storage, state‑management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod) and navigation patterns.
• Desirable: experience publishing apps on Google Play and Apple App Store, knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift), CI/CD pipelines for mobile, and automated testing frameworks for Flutter.
