Mid Level Project Manager

About the role

AB InBev’s Growth Group is seeking a Mid Level Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of global programs that drive digital transformation and growth across its B2B and consumer platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery and post‑launch activities for multi‑region projects.
• Maintain alignment with strategic business goals and ensure cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, product and business teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, driving resolution of critical issues.
• Monitor program performance using data and metrics to inform decisions and continuous optimization.
• Promote continuous improvement of program management processes and ensure a customer‑focused approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Extensive experience managing large‑scale, complex projects in global, technology‑driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross‑functional and distributed teams.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
