Mid-level Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

Pipefy is looking for two mid‑level Project Managers to join its Professional Services team. You will own the full implementation lifecycle of Pipefy’s workflow automation platform, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end‑to‑end implementation projects, from scoping to post‑implementation review.
• Allocate resources across cross‑functional teams and monitor timelines to meet delivery targets.
• Leverage deep product knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues and act as escalation point for complex problems.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans, proactively identifying and addressing potential obstacles.
• Maintain clear communication channels with customers and internal stakeholders, providing structured status updates and handling escalations.
• Address objections and resolve issues during the implementation phase to ensure customer confidence.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes and technical troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated skill in risk management and mitigation planning.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
