Mid-Level Software Developer (Remote, Brazil)

About the role

Landmark, a Halliburton company, is looking for a mid‑level software developer to join its remote team in Brazil. You will work on mission‑critical SaaS platforms that power decision‑making for oil and gas operators worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own features from specification through design, implementation, testing and production deployment.
• Break complex requirements into concrete tasks, create realistic schedules and flag risks early.
• Proactively improve code quality, test coverage and development processes.
• Investigate and resolve production defects, performing root‑cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to work independently.
• Mid‑level experience delivering end‑to‑end features.
• Willingness to learn domain knowledge in energy and oil‑gas applications.
• Good judgment for technical decisions and risk management.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Java, C#, F#, C++, Python, TypeScript.
• Frameworks and runtimes.NET, Eclipse RCP/SWT, JUnit, Angular, React, Node.js.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS.
• Containerization/orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure automation: Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Argo CD/Flux.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB.
