Mobile Engineer (Android & iOS)

About the role

300 Software is seeking a Mobile Engineer to help shape the next generation of its mobility and operations platform. You will work on both Android and iOS applications, turning product requirements into reliable, high‑performance mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android and iOS applications.
• Implement new features with a focus on performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Define and integrate REST APIs together with backend engineers.
• Write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and influence architecture decisions.
• Monitor app performance, crashes, and UX metrics; support releases and post‑release validation.

Required profile

• Solid hands‑on experience building mobile apps for Android, iOS, or both.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns.
• Professional English communication skills for meetings and technical discussions.
• Experience using AI‑powered development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve productivity.
