About the role

The Production Monitor ensures that manufacturing processes run smoothly, guaranteeing accurate assembly and testing of quoted goods and products. This onsite role involves rotating through several production stations to maintain quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Insert parts on assemblies or sub‑assemblies using visual aids.
• Replenish stock at workstations and calculate required part quantities.
• Audit material kits, issue material to the line, report scrap, and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Participate in team meetings, projects, and maintain strong teamwork.
• Rotate among soldering, machine operation, and electronic testing stations, inspecting part placement and solderability.

Required profile

• Effective communication with managers, clients, and team members.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Comfort reading and following visual aids and simple instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills for measurements, rates, ratios, and percentages.

Required skills

• Soldering and inspection of part placement.
• Machine operation of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Operation of automated electronic test equipment and Field Return Unit Testers (FRU).
• Proficiency with Windows operating system and standard PC software.
