Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Brazil is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant to support its Programme Support Unit. Working under the Senior Programme Support Associate, the consultant will provide technical assistance for M&E and donor reporting across IOM Brazil’s projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review donor reports, including finalisation of the upcoming PRM project.
• Review monitoring plans, results matrices and monitoring tools for new initiatives.
• Support IOM’s M&E and reporting commitments to the United Nations Country Team (UNCT) and participate in monthly UNCT meetings.
• Assist in reporting indicators through the United Nations Cooperation Framework for Sustainable Development.
• Collect, identify and submit good practices to enhance visibility of IOM Brazil’s work.
• Support planning and implementation of capacity‑building activities within the Programme Support Unit.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation and donor reporting.
• Familiarity with UNCT processes and United Nations reporting frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with programme and knowledge‑management teams.
