About the role

Plan International Brazil is seeking a driver to ensure safe and efficient transportation of staff, partners, visitors, donors, children and adolescents involved in its projects, as well as the movement of documents, materials and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Plan International vehicles safely, transporting authorized passengers and cargo.
• Maintain vehicle integrity, cleanliness and perform preventive maintenance, reporting corrective needs.
• Plan and support logistics, suggesting efficient routes and assisting with scheduling.
• Record mileage, fuel, trips and other operational data using institutional tools.
• Support administrative and logistical tasks for the Programs Unit as required.

Required profile

• Minimum incomplete high school education.
• At least 2 years of experience as a driver.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety regulations and first‑aid.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Category B driver’s license with “EAR” endorsement.

Required skills

• Defensive driving certification.
• Basic automotive mechanical knowledge.
• Basic IT/computer skills.
