O&M Technician I – Wind Turbine Operations & Maintenance

About the role

The O&M Technician I will deliver operation and maintenance services for wind turbine generators (WTG) in line with project schedules and company specifications. The role involves troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, retrofits, inspections, and preparing operation reports for customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement O&M services for wind turbines according to project timelines and specifications.
• Rapidly respond to and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues, including component replacement.
• Perform defect‑elimination tasks and analyse turbine operation data to ensure smooth performance.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding completed and upcoming services.
• Execute pre‑COD activities such as checklist and manual reviews, and post‑COD inspections and non‑scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect installation work on‑site and manage warehouse inventory by ordering materials, tools, and spare parts.
• Handle record‑keeping, administrative duties, and any additional tasks assigned by the company.
• Adhere to HSE requirements, report hazards and incidents promptly, and participate in HSE initiatives.
