Online Commercial Analyst I (Remote)

About the role

This remote position supports the growth and efficiency of a large e‑commerce ecosystem by connecting market insights, product management, and marketplace execution. You will act as an operational partner, ensuring accurate information, smooth workflows, and continuous improvements across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update dashboards on sales performance and product portfolios.
• Manage product lifecycle processes, including data updates, discontinuations, and packaging transitions.
• Coordinate operational tools, consolidate information, and prepare regular performance updates.
• Monitor marketplace operations, support brand reputation, and resolve daily issues.
• Analyze marketplace processes such as cancellation approvals and operational controls.
• Identify process gaps and propose data‑driven improvement solutions.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, analytical professional with interest in digital commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong organization and process‑management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (data manipulation, pivot tables, charts).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Data Studio is a plus.
