About the role
Marsh is hiring an Operational Service Consultant in São Paulo (Sigma area). The role covers administrative support for employee benefits, including health and dental plans, and supports both employees and the HR department.
Key responsibilities
- Registering enrolments, cancellations and changes in health and dental insurance plans
- Processing billing, including allocation, verification and payments
- Handling reimbursements
- Assisting employees and the HR department
Required profile
- Higher education degree
- Previous experience handling high-volume requests
- Experience with insurable and non-insurable benefits
- Good interpersonal relations
Required skills
- Advanced Excel
- Agility and organization
