Operations Associate

About the role

iRESTORE is expanding its operations team and seeks a proactive Operations Associate to support daily business functions. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, cross‑functional teams, and global suppliers to keep inventory, purchasing, and logistics running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support weekly end‑on‑hand (EOH) and sell‑through reporting and post updates in Slack.
• Spot‑check planning file formulas, identify errors, and flag stock‑out risks.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly forecast reviews, new SKU setups, and alignment of approved marketing promotions.
• Track order estimated arrival times and coordinate timelines across internal teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for global suppliers (China, Korea, USA), placing orders and confirming delivery dates.
• Manage ClickUp tasks and ERP Fulfil purchase orders, coordinating quotes and freight forwarding for imports to the US and domestic shipments.
• Handle purchase order and shipping processes, vendor invoices, and payment requests.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure task completion and maintain production timeline alignment.
