Operations Auditor – Internal Audit

About the role

Revolut is seeking an Operations Auditor to join its internal Audit team. You will work closely with Risk and Compliance to design, execute, and follow‑up on audits of banking and financial‑services operations, including technology, payments and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, scope, execute and report end‑to‑end internal audits.
• Partner with stakeholders to track remediation of audit findings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on global audit projects and share local insights.
• Conduct risk assessments using data to identify emerging risks.
• Leverage data analytics to test controls and uncover process inefficiencies.
• Ensure audit deliverables meet internal methodologies and Brazilian regulatory expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen control frameworks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in internal audit or a related role within banking, financial services or another regulated environment.
• Proven ability to deliver audits independently from planning through reporting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, financial risk and control frameworks in Brazil.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
