Operations Manager – Aviation MRO (Brazil)

About the role

Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking an Operations Manager for its Brazil site. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a high‑performing operations team responsible for maintenance on all Falcon aircraft types, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the operations team, overseeing maintenance work, schedules, budgets, and personnel.
• Coordinate customer requirements, act as the primary site contact, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining customer satisfaction and cost control.
• Oversee site infrastructure, facilities, logistics, and compliance with OEM MRO standards.
• Resolve customer issues, balance service quality with financial performance, and travel as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Aviation or a related field (or 4 years equivalent experience).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 5 years aviation experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on Falcon aircraft experience in a technical or quality position.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, think independently, and solve problems creatively.
