Operations Manager - Contracts

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its contract operations in Nova Lima. The role combines team leadership, process management and close collaboration with legal and delivery teams across Brazil and India.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the contract operations team, ensuring performance and continuous training.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for all assigned processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities, design and implement mitigation plans.
• Resolve escalated issues and manage service level agreements (SLAs) with regular reporting.
• Support quality management activities and coordinate operations between Bangalore and the Belo office.
• Drive efficiency, risk mitigation and effectiveness across the contract preservation process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred) or equivalent with a strong legal background.
• 8‑10 years of experience managing teams, monitoring project/process performance and delivering improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, vendor and procurement contract analysis.
• Ability to review and negotiate commercial terms and interpret contractual language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
