Partner Program Manager – Affiliate Growth

About the role

JoomPulse, an AI analytics platform for Mercado Livre and Shopee sellers, is looking for a Partner Program Manager to scale its affiliate program and turn it into the company’s primary growth engine. You will own the end‑to‑end partner journey and work across multiple international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise the full partner lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, certification, activation, retention and re‑activation.
• Build and manage partner infrastructure such as an Academy, CRM, attribution systems, reporting dashboards, partner directory and community programmes.
• Define and own KPIs, activation metrics, productivity benchmarks and retention frameworks for the partner programme.
• Analyse partner performance, identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement through experimentation and automation.
• Implement scalable workflows using CRM, no‑code, automation and AI tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, support and leadership to align the partner programme with overall company goals.

Required profile

• Experience managing partner, affiliate, channel, ambassador or community programmes.
• Proven track record building growth systems in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of partner economics, attribution, funnel management and lifecycle analytics.
• Ability to create scalable operational and growth programmes from scratch.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
