Partnership Development Manager – Brazil

About the role

DiDi’s Food SaaS division is looking for a Partnership Development Manager to lead the growth of its external sales network across Brazil. Reporting to the Resell Team lead, you will be responsible for recruiting, enabling and managing third‑party partners that sell DiDi’s restaurant‑focused SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit channel partners such as restaurant hardware providers, value‑added resellers and ecosystem players with strong local presence.
• Onboard and train partners on DiDi’s product portfolio, pricing models and sales processes.
• Develop joint business plans, set revenue targets and monitor partner performance.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to create partner‑focused enablement materials.
• Analyze market trends and feedback to refine partner strategies and drive scalable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel or partnership development within SaaS, mobility or digital payments sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian restaurant market and its distribution channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
