Partnerships Development Manager – Restaurant Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Partnerships Development Manager to drive the growth of 99food in São Paulo by acquiring new restaurants and expanding our presence in key neighborhoods. You will be the face of the brand, meeting restaurant owners, understanding their needs and showing how our platform can improve their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional channel expansion plans aligned with the commercial strategy.
• Identify, recruit and negotiate with high‑quality channel partners such as local agents, service providers and chain brands.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with partners, track performance and ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Product teams to deliver data‑driven targeting and seamless onboarding experiences.
• Provide training and empowerment resources to partners to maximize their effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
• High level of ownership and initiative when working in the field.
• Experience building relationships with restaurant owners or similar B2B partners.
