Performance Marketing Manager – Host Growth (B2B)

About the role

PadSplit is seeking a senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition for its Host Growth segment. You will lead data‑driven campaigns across multiple channels, optimize spend, and build a systematic experimentation framework to lower acquisition costs and expand reach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B paid‑search, paid‑social, display, and retargeting strategies across the host acquisition funnel.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to meet CPA, CAC, ROAS, and volume targets while balancing efficiency and scale.
• Allocate and manage budgets across channels, audiences, and campaigns to maximize return.
• Design lead‑generation tactics and improve conversion tracking using tools such as Meta CAPI.
• Partner with design and marketing teams to test ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and offers using rigorous A/B testing.
• Coordinate with external platforms and internal stakeholders to launch and scale campaigns.
• Analyze full‑funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Build dashboards, monitor trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Strategic, highly analytical marketer with a proven track record in B2B acquisition.
• Experience managing campaigns from lean tests to large‑scale budgets.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable handling complex multi‑channel initiatives.
