About the role

Luna is a tech‑enabled, in‑home physical therapy platform that connects licensed PTs with patients who need outpatient care at home. As a Luna Physical Therapist you will deliver one‑on‑one treatment, manage your own schedule and use the Luna app for documentation and exercise prescription.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one outpatient PT in patients' homes, following each patient's full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a maximum 30‑minute drive.
• Complete documentation in 3‑5 minutes using the Luna app.
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
• Prescribe and monitor home exercise programs through the Luna app.

Required profile

• Active, state‑specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
