Power Platform Developer – Sao Paulo

About the role

Infosys Brasil is looking for a Power Platform Developer to design, build and maintain solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform for its clients in Sao Paulo. The role involves creating automated workflows, data visualisations and managing SharePoint environments while ensuring security and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain and enhance Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and optimise automation workflows using Power Automate.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards and datasets in Power BI.
• Implement data models and business rules with DAX and Power Query (M).
• Manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries and access controls.
• Analyse and document process improvements focused on automation and efficiency.
• Provide technical and functional support to users and troubleshoot incidents.
• Collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security and compliance across all implementations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
• Experience with Power BI, data modelling, dashboard creation and business reporting.
• Proficiency in Power Query (M) and DAX.
• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online administration and Microsoft 365 integrations (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate).
• Understanding of information security, privacy and sensitive data handling.
• Advanced English proficiency for collaboration in a global environment.
• Preferred: familiarity with HR processes (recruitment, compensation, talent management) and experience in process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
