Principal DevAx Solutions Architect, LATAM PACE

About the role

The Principal DevAx Solutions Architect joins the Prototyping and AI Customer Engineering (PACE) team to accelerate adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI‑native application architectures across AWS customers in Latin America. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating cutting‑edge services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Nova, and Frontier Agents into production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end path from prototype to production, partnering with Prototyping Architects and field teams.
• Lead large‑scale developer enablement initiatives that drive adoption of GenAI, AI/ML, and modern cloud development on AWS.
• Design and publish reference architectures and reusable patterns for AI‑native workloads.
• Influence C‑level and senior engineering leaders on the strategic impact of Generative AI.
• Mentor senior Prototyping Architects and DevAx practitioners; contribute to hiring and thought‑leadership activities.
• Provide strategic product feedback to AWS engineering and product management teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering full‑stack solutions on AWS at enterprise scale.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML services, especially Generative and Agentic AI.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, production‑ready implementations.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders and mentoring teams.
