Procurement Analyst – Indirect Purchasing

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to manage indirect procurement activities for our Omoda & Jaecoo brand, part of the Chery Group. The role focuses on marketing‑related purchases such as events, media, and advertising services, ensuring cost‑effective sourcing and smooth supplier interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle indirect negotiations with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor approvals for all purchasing processes and contract approvals.
• Track order status and payments, request invoices, initiate payments, and communicate confirmations to suppliers and finance.
• Provide timely updates on procurement metrics, including new orders, cancellations, and savings.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in marketing procurement.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities.
• Experience in contract negotiation and management.
• Understanding of tax regulations affecting procurement.

Required skills

• SAP ERP MM module (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
