Procurement & Facilities Manager – Site Operations

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Procurement and Facilities Manager to lead site‑level procurement operations for its Logistics Delivery Stations. The role bridges Global Procurement and Operations, ensuring vendor services such as janitorial, pest control, meals, shuttle and waste management run smoothly while driving cost‑effective sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of procurement analysts, ensuring compliance with Global Procurement policies and local regulations.
• Manage end‑to‑end relationships with facilities vendors (janitorial, pest control, meals, commute services, waste management).
• Design, negotiate and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with cross‑functional stakeholders, tracking KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance to forecast spend, optimise budgets and monitor cost‑performance metrics.
• Identify cost‑saving and process‑improvement opportunities through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Partner with Maintenance/RME to define technical service requirements and ensure vendor compliance.
• Work with HR to align vendor services with employee experience objectives.
• Serve as the single point of contact for procurement decisions for Delivery Stations, ensuring service continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in procurement domains such as materials management, logistics, supply‑chain operations or shipping supplies.
• Proven ability to analyse data using Excel (pivots, V‑LOOKUP) and other analytical tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Preferred: experience in facilities management, vendor management and people management.
