Procurement & Facilities Manager – Site Procurement Operations

About the role

As a Site Procurement Manager for Amazon Logistics, you will act as the bridge between Global Procurement and Operations leadership, overseeing procurement activities for delivery stations across the network. You will manage vendor relationships, drive cost‑saving initiatives, and lead a team of procurement analysts to ensure seamless facility services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of procurement analysts, ensuring compliance with Global Procurement policies and local regulations.
• Manage end‑to‑end relationships with facilities vendors such as janitorial, pest control, meals, shuttle services, and waste management.
• Design, negotiate, and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with cross‑functional stakeholders, tracking measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance to forecast spend, optimise budgets, and monitor cost‑performance metrics.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, process improvements, and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with Maintenance/RME to define technical service requirements and ensure vendor compliance.
• Work with HR to align vendor‑provided services with employee experience goals.
• Serve as the single point of contact for procurement decisions for Delivery Stations, ensuring service continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in procurement domains such as materials management, logistics, supply chain operations, or shipping supplies.
• Proven ability to lead people and manage vendor relationships.
• Preferred experience in facilities management or vendor management.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Advanced Excel functions including pivot tables and V‑LOOKUP.
